Super Simple to Use... The Crew at Flip Chat was incredibly professional... for my fiancé's boudoir book, they managed to efficiently put together and speed up my order. I'm definitely gonna use them for my wedding albums.

I’m really excited about how my books came out. They didn’t have any pictures, just words, but they look stunning. I chose a linen cover with gold lettering, and it’s just gorgeous.

I gotta say, I'm really impressed with the quality of the photo book I got. My package showed up in less than two weeks after I placed my order. The customer service team is fantastic. However, the main reason I’m giving this a 5-star rating is definitely the customer support I got from Daniel. He reached out to me to point out a possible mistake in my design, allowing me to fix it before it went to print. He communicated in a friendly and personal manner, unlike the cold, scripted responses you often get from many online shops; that genuine human touch really elevates the customer experience (I wish more companies would catch on to this).

I can't say I’d recommend Flipchap. The whole customization thing was a bit of a hassle and not very precise. The tools for layout were pretty confusing, and it wasn’t obvious if full-bleed images could be used. We ran into a bunch of hidden fees when we added the photo books to our cart - the shipping cost was nearly as high as the book itself, and if we wanted to personalize the cover with our names and date, that would set us back an extra $30. Plus, they only accept PayPal, which was a real pain for us. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

We were fortunate to discover this company for our wedding album printing, and they absolutely nailed it! The customer service was boutique-level, the print quality was top-notch, and the finishing touches were all hand-crafted. Truly the best company around!
